Video Production in Lisbon
OutBox Productions creates video for companies in Lisbon and its metropolitan area. We help communications, engineering and operations teams present projects, explain services and turn technical knowledge into clear content for customers, partners and colleagues. We coordinate filming in Lisbon and other regions, serving companies across Portugal and Europe.
A production can combine interviews at your headquarters with footage of facilities, processes or construction work. We plan the story and filming together so the video explains what your company does and why it matters to its audience. Deliverables can include corporate films, case studies and shorter edits for presentations and digital channels.
Our portfolio includes Steconfer's 25th anniversary film, for a company with a presence in Lisbon and Santarém. It also includes content for Portugal Homes and technical films about Lindley's floating systems in Portugal and Spain. These demonstrate our experience in communicating companies, services and specialised solutions.

Planning a shoot in Lisbon
Before filming, we agree the audience, main message and intended uses of the video. When a production combines a Lisbon headquarters with an operational site, we coordinate travel, interview times and staff availability in a filming plan. Access, safety rules and areas that can be shown are agreed with the client before work begins.
Communicating with Portuguese and international audiences? We can prepare Portuguese and English versions, subtitles and formats for presentations, websites and social channels. Interviews and footage are planned around these deliverables from the outset, with technical review during editing.
What should you send for a quotation? Tell us the objective, filming locations, interviewees, deadline and required formats. If the project is at an early stage, we can help define the scope. For construction or infrastructure documentation, the quote accounts for project stages and repeat visits as well as the final film.
